EVA bxl worked with several partners to come up with new small-scale models of living for seniors where seniors are actors and feel surrounded by care. We explored what new care professions could facilitate that. The social design process supported by Namahn was informed by numerous individual conversations with seniors, caregivers and local residents.

The project results were compiled in the publication “Growing old in the metropolis, New housing and care models for the elderly in Brussels,” and the VUB researchers prepared a scientific report.
