EVA bxl – Privacy policy
This is the privacy statement of EVA bxl. It describes how your personal data collected by EVA bxl will be handled. - Purpose data
Personal data is collected by EVA bxl for a number of purposes. These are explained below.
- Sending out newsletters
EVA bxl sends newsletters via e-mail. These newsletters are focused on knowledge sharing. Your first name, last name and e-mail address are collected through the appropriate form on EVA bxl’s website.
- Contact
Your data will be collected if you contact EVA bxl through the website. However, this form will only ask for the information necessary to answer a question such as your name, last name and e-mail address.
- Analytics
The EVA bxl website collects your data to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. This data is anonymous and not linked to your personal information. Think of information such as the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit a lot.
- Recipients
The data EVA bxl receives and processes is managed through Mailchimp. The newsletters are sent by Mailchimp. The moment you sign up for the newsletter, your email address and first name are automatically stored in the appropriate list within Mailchimp.
- Storage period
Your data will be kept by EVA bxl for a longer period of time, but never longer than is necessary for carrying out activities, unless we are required to keep your data for a longer period by law.
- Sending out newsletters
Your email address and first name will be stored in Mailchimp. The storage of your data is indefinite. You can unsubscribe whenever you want via the link at the bottom of the newsletters.
- Contact
When you contact EVA bxl by mail, the data you send, such as your name and e-mail address, will be stored on the mail server. These mails will be stored for up to two years.
- Analytics
The data collected by Analytics on the website is anonymous, i.e. not connected to your name, company or email address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics
- Security
No physical copies will be made of your personal data. Your data is managed only in the aforementioned systems and software. The personal data managed by EVA bxl or by previously mentioned third parties, is only accessible through the above mentioned software and is secured with a password and where possible with two-step verification. With this two-step verification, a code is generated from the software and sent to EVA bxl. This code should be used during the login process.
The devices that access your data are each themselves locked with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that can access your data will be limited to only those needed.
In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to the EVA bxl website is private. You can recognize this security by the green lock in front of the url.

You have the right to request your data recorded and stored at EVA bxl at any time. You can do this by sending an e-mail or contacting EVA bxl by phone. You will then get an overview of your data.
- Right of rectification
Is your data not correct? Or has your information changed? You have the right to have this rectified by EVA bxl.
- Right to erasure of data
Do you no longer want your data recorded at EVA bxl? Then you have the right to have your data erased.
- Right to file a complaint
You have the right to file a complaint with Data Protection Authority if you feel EVA bxl is not handling your data properly. This can be done via this link.
- Duties
EVA bxl processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest. Your information will never be sold to third parties.
The data required to be supplied are the minimum data required to provide the services. For example, your e-mail address is needed to send the newsletter. If these mandatory data are not provided, EVA bxl cannot offer the service in question.
Should it be necessary to share information you have shared with EVA bxl with parties other than those listed above, your permission to do so will first be sought.
