Narimane is now a formation officer at EVA bxl for DOE!

Our colleague Narimane has put her heart and soul into The Baobab for many years. As coach of the working students and as liaison between all partners of this initiative. Now Narimane starts a new challenge at EVA bxl. As training officer she supports the learning coaches and buddies of the DOE project. In this way she shares her accumulated experience with young professionals.

Through the DOE track, aspiring child supervisors combine employment and training to obtain a qualification as a child supervisor and move on to Dutch-speaking child care in Brussels In doing so, they receive guidance from a learning coach and a buddy and are well supported from their training.

EVA bxl provides support to the learning coaches and the buddies. We organize group trainings, intervisions and customized trainings to the KGV.
