Social innovation starts with recognizing complex challenges and understanding who your target audience is. Empathy with both the issues and your target audience is essential to developing relevant solutions.

What learning lessons can be drawn from the trajectory, and for whom? Have new opportunities come to light during this trajectory? How can we best disseminate the learning lessons?
