EVA bxl is looking for two motivated temporary employees who want to help develop innovative solutions for the people of Brussels.
We are looking to expand our team, both for an administrative replacement and for a temporary project focused on culturally sensitive palliative care.
Both positions offer the opportunity to contribute to social innovation in Brussels within a dedicated and inclusive organization.
- Administrative Assistant (X/F/M) – GECO Replacement Contract
Are you an administrative jack-of-all-trades with a passion for Brussels? Then this position might be right for you.
As an administrative assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of EVA bxl. You’ll assist with administrative and accounting tasks, help colleagues with HR-related questions, help organize events, and follow up on logistical assignments. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team where initiative and collaboration are key.

- Freelance Project Coach Amori (X/F/M) – 50% for 6 months
For the innovative Amori initiative, we are looking for an independent project coach to help shape the pilot phase in the Peterbos neighborhood of Brussels.
Amori aims to make palliative care more accessible and inclusive for residents of superdiverse neighborhoods in Brussels by building a network of volunteer bridge figures. As a project coach, you will work with partners, residents, and healthcare professionals on the development, implementation, and evaluation of this approach. In addition, you will help prepare for the next phase of the project, including the business plan, the funding process, and the further institutionalization of the initiative.
