Welcome to our new interns!
A warm wwelcome to Ilah and Daan, our two new interns in Idea & Innovation Management from the Erasmus University College in Brussels. In thenext six weeks will they join our team with fresh ideas and a creative perspective on innovation. Their assignment is very diverse, from an innovation scan of our organization, to guiding creative brainstorms and working on EVA bxl’s 5i model.

” Hello, my name is Daan Springael. I am an inquisitive person who enjoys new insights up and think creatively about innovative solutions.
During my studies Idea & Innovation Management I am learning how to make ideasan turn ideas into concrete projects. Therefore, I look forward to discovering at EVA bxl how a sociale and sociale organization works in practice. I hope to learn a lot during my internship and actively contribute to valuable initiatives. Besides my studies, I like to be sporty. I play soccer and like to go surfing and snowboarding. “
” I’m Ilah, a creatively driven Idea & Innovation student. I love nothing more than being among people and dedicating myself to them. In doing so, growing with the times and the world is a priority that I am concerned with, both personally and professionally. Creativity is at the heart of everything I do. I don’t look for the most obvious solutions, but dive just a little further for that more unique outcome. In addition to my studies, singing is an important outlet. It helps me express myself and connect with others.
I’m looking forward to doing an internship at EVA bxl and exploring the learning opportunities this collaboration offers. EVA bxl realizes social impact by connecting people and actively pursuing inclusion, sustainability and structural change, something I fully support and am happy to commit to.”
