What counts at the end of life? Your story makes the difference in Brussels

End of life in Brussels: your story matters

In a city as diverse as Brussels, the end of life takes on a different meaning for everyone. But one thing is certain: the message that you are incurably ill changes everything.

Yet access to palliative care – which begins with the primary care physician – is not obvious to everyone. Language, culture, financial situation, trust, or simply the lack of information can be barriers. And yet proximity, freedom of choice and humanity are so important. That is why EVA bxl, together with partners, is developing a diverse and sensitive palliative care network. To do that well, we want to hear your voice.

Are you incurably ill and want to share what matters to you at the end of life?
Would you like to help think about how we in Brussels can make care and parting more humane, for everyone?

We are looking for stories, voices, experiences. From people from all corners of Brussels. Together we make space for a conversation that often remains too quiet.

Share your voice and help us build warm, accessible end-of-life care. Send a message to Ilse Claes . She then takes contact you for an interview.
