Together for a Diploma
EVA bxl is launching a new service for (young) adult Brussels residents with migration history who would like to obtain a higher education degree that matches their talents and professional aspirations.In this way, we hope to boost people with a history of migration, who are still underrepresented in higher education.
How do we address staff shortages in the welfare and care sector? How can we mobilize their talents and make your organization’s human resources more diverse? How do we ensure more diversity in leadership positions and boards of directors. Samen voor een Diploma offers a mentor for 1 academic year, organizes training and networking moments and looks for suitable study places. Samen voor een Diploma is composed of 5 building blocks: ambassadorship, duo mentor/mentee, network strengthening, language support and adapted study places. Together for a Diploma is a movement where knowledge, stories and talents of Brussels residents are shared.
