Baobab students start the school year with a new learning coach!
Marijke Melis started in mid-August as a learning coach for The Baobab. She will support kindergarten teachers in training in their journey.
She is happy to introduce herself to you!
” I am Marijke, born and raised in Brussels.
After several years in the commercial world, I made a conscious switch to something with more meaning. As a learning coach I believe in the power of really listening, connecting and letting people grow. I see diversity as a great wealth, and I want to help build a society where everyone feels seen and supported.
I enjoy moving people – literally and figuratively – towards greater self-confidence and opportunity. Being multilingual, enthusiastic and eager to learn are typical of me. And outside of work? Then you’ll find me behind the cooking pots, on a forest trail, in the pool or on my bike – preferably moving, (almost) always with a smile.”
