You coach the team of volunteers for Together for a Diploma. (SvD). These volunteers have different roles: they are mentors to a (working) student, they are Ambassadors of Together for a Diploma.

Together for a Diploma Pursues education and learning-work systems where everyone, regardless of background, can develop to their fullest potential and significance to society can increase. Because we need everyone to make the world a better place, it is crucial to engage all talents and give them opportunities to develop. Together for a Diploma mobilizes citizens for equal educational opportunities.
Together for a Diploma creates space where people can grow and diversity is a strength. Adults who previously missed educational opportunities are re-entering college and are being supported so that they are strong enough to make this long-term commitment. They are part of a movement developing concrete solutions to increase access to and success rates in higher education and “lifelong learning.”
