Diploma by training and experience in child care (DOE)

As of January 2024, EVA bxl took on a new assignment from entity Family for the project Working for Ketjes: Diploma through Training and Experience in Childcare (DOE), which was inspired by the workings of Elmer vzw and De Baobab:

• Bringing the specific expertise of EVA bxl (in the field of recruitment, mentoring, cultural sensitivity, employment-training pathways, etc.) into the operation of the ‘diploma through training and experience in childcare’ project.

• Align within Growing up in Brussels with a view to a good and integrated framing and professionalization of employees within the project ‘Diploma through Training and Experience in Childcare’.

• The trainings that EVA bxl offers to the practice centers and the learning coaches and buddies within the project: Study tips, Customized advice and guidance, Intervision learning coaches, Intervision buddies, Whatsapp groups facilitation together with the House of Dutch Brussels
